A specialist education setting is looking for three confident and resilient Behaviour Mentors to join their dedicated pastoral team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in an SEMH school, PRU, alternative provision, youth work, residential care or a similar environment. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with pupils, provide 1:1 and small group support, help students regulate their emotions and work alongside teaching staff to remove barriers to learning.
