This will be a full time long term Behaviour Mentor position with scope to go permanent. Working hours for this Behaviour Mentor post will be 8am to 4pm. Responsibilities for this Behaviour Mentor role will include but not be limited to: Supporting pupils with ADHD on a 1:1 basis in classes and intervention sessionsWorking with teachers to ensure the student''s learning needs are identified Attending to the student''s social, emotional and personal needs when requiredManaging the pupils behaviour and using appropriate strategies in line with academy policyUndertaking learning activities/teaching programmes when needed The rates of pay for this Behaviour Mentor position will be between 99.75 to 116.55 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant. The School An ''Outstanding'' Secondary School and Sixth Form in the London Borough of Merton. It is a mixed, 11 - 18, non-selective school with a wide demographic of pupils and staff. 90% of students stay in education or employment after Key Stage 4.
