A highly regarded school in Reading is seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to join their dedicated pastoral team immediately. The successful Behaviour Mentor will play a key role in supporting pupils who require additional guidance, helping them stay engaged in learning and develop positive behaviours throughout the school day.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to make a real difference while building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering targeted interventions as a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with behavioural needs
• Implementing effective behaviour management strategies and individual support plans
• Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide consistent support
• Promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
