      <description>Location: Greenwich | Salary: &amp;pound;100 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Permanent | Behaviour Mentor - Greenwich - Secondary School - -100120 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start    Behaviour Mentor - Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs required  Behaviour Mentor - Experience working in a secondary school or similar setting desirable  Behaviour Mentor - Must be confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies  Behaviour Mentor - Required full time ASAP   Have you previously worked as a Behaviour Mentor?  Do you have strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills?  Are you able to build positive relationships with secondary-aged pupils?  If yes, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you!!!   The Role - Behaviour Mentor   Seeking a proactive and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions and stay engaged with learning.
