The Position - Behaviour MentorA primary school in Southwark is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their team after half-term. You will be working closely with a child who presents with challenging behaviour and requires consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day. The child has additional needs, including ADHD and SEMH, and can sometimes display physical behaviour when dysregulated.As the Behaviour Mentor, your role will be to build a strong and trusting relationship with the child, understand their individual needs and identify triggers that may lead to challenging behaviour.
