As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting students who have been excluded from mainstream education, working on a 1:1 and small group basis to help manage behaviour and re-engage them in learning. You will implement behaviour strategies, support emotional regulation, and build positive relationships with students. Resilience, patience, and previous experience in a similar setting are essential.
