A key part of this Behaviour Mentor position involves working on a one-to-one and small group basis with children who require additional support to regulate their behaviour. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider pastoral team to implement tailored support strategies and ensure pupils can thrive both academically and socially.You will:Provide consistent one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needsSupport children with emotional regulation, behaviour management and social skills developmentEncourage positive behaviour through clear routines, praise and restorative approachesBuild trusting relationships that promote confidence, independence and resilienceImplement individual support plans and behaviour strategies alongside the SENCO and ..... full job details .....
