Are you someone that can offer encouragement, positivity and consistency? We''re on the lookout for a proactive and caring Behaviour Mentor to help pupils with everyday learning and tasks. What we''re looking for:Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needsConfidence in managing challenging behaviourA calm, patient and resilient approach Someone who genuinely wants to make a differenceWhat you''ll be doing:Working 1:1 with pupils, supporting behavioural and emotional needsWorking alongside teachers and staff to implement behaviour strategiesLeading small group activitiesHelping pupils engage with learningSupport pupils to feel safe and understoodWhy Protocol?Weekly PAYE payAccess to free CPD trainingSupport from a consultant that genuinely caresFlexible working opportunitiesAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
