Educo Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Haringey that is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team from September. The Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needs Support children with SEMH, ADHD, ASD and challenging behaviour Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils Use positive behaviour management and de-escalation strategies Help pupils regulate their emotions and remain engaged in learning Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff Act as a positive role model and help pupils develop confidence and resilience The Ideal Candidate We would love to hear from candidates with experience in: Behaviour mentoring or pastoral support SEN/SEMH Youth work Sports coaching Teaching Assistant roles PRUs or alternative provisions Support or care work Previous school experience is desirable ...
