We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships with children and provide consistent support to pupils who may experience behavioural, emotional or social difficulties. The Role: * Providing 1:1 and small-group support * Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs * Helping pupils develop positive relationships and social skills * Supporting emotional regulation and coping strategies * Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement with learning * Helping pupils manage challenging situations * Supporting transitions and less structured parts of the school day * Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff * Recording and feeding back on pupil behaviour and progress The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience supporting children or young people * Experience with behaviour, SEMH, pastoral support or SEND is desirable * Confident managing challenging behaviour * Calm, patient and consistent approach * Strong relationship-building skills * Good understanding of sa...
