Behaviour Mentor - KS1 and KS2Location: Nottingham, NG8, WollatonPay: £110 - £115 per dayContract: Full-time, long-termHours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to FridayStart Date: ASAPLong Term Futures are recruiting for an experienced and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils across KS1 and KS2 in a Nottingham primary school. This role is ideal for someone committed to making a difference, supporting children who are currently disengaged from education to build confidence, resilience, and positive behaviours.You will work with pupils with SEND needs such as ASD and ADHD, providing tailored support both in and out of the classroom to improve behaviour and academic engagement.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small group support for KS1 and KS2 pupilsDeliver targeted SEMH support to build confidence and self-esteemAdapt activities to meet individual learning needsLead interventions and inclusion support groupsManage and de-escalate challenging behaviour effectivelyFollow safeguarding and health and safety proceduresRequirements:Experience working with children with behavioural or SEND needsPatient, adaptable, and resilient approachAbility to build strong relationships quicklyBackground in education, youth work, or care settingsDBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)Why Apply?Long-term, stable role with potential for permanenceSupportive school environment and leadership teamWeekly pay and free CPD opportunitiesOngoing support from a dedicated consultantNext ..... full job details .....
