A dedicated SEMH School in Newbury are looking for a new Behaviour Mentor to join their team of Learning Support Assistants as soon as possible. Within this role, you will be working to support students who display challenging behaviours a part of a wider SEN or SEMH diagnosis. Many of the pupils at the school have needs such as ASD, ADHD, behavioural difficulties or attachment disorders and have barriers to education, requiring tailored 1:1 support.
