Change Lives.New Chapter Tuition is proud to be working exclusively with a specialist vocational education provision to recruit a Behaviour Mentor for a full-time, permanent role.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing specialist provision supporting learners from KS3-KS5 with SEMH, ADHD, emotional and behavioural needs, and those who have experienced trauma.Through practical, hands-on vocational learning, you''ll help learners rebuild confidence, re-engage with education and develop the skills they need to succeed in further education, employment and life.The RoleAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will:Build positive, trusting relationships with learners.Support learners on a 1:1 basis and in small groups of up to 8, delivering engaging vocational learning.Support learners with SEMH, ADHD, SEND and additional needs.Use effective de-escalation and positive behaviour management strategies.Create a calm, structured and inclusive learning environment.Promote confidence, resilience and ..... full job details .....
