The role involves working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral leads to support students'' emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement both in and out of the classroom. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, inclusion, and resilience, while building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and supporting their overall development.
