The pupil has Autism, SEMH and behavioural needs and requires a consistent adult who can build trust, provide clear boundaries and become a positive role model throughout the school day. This isn''t about simply managing behaviour. The priority is understanding what sits behind it, developing a strong relationship and helping the pupil feel safe, regulated and ready to engage with learning.
