We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work closely with students in Years 7,8 and 9 within this setting. The successful candidate will encourage positive behaviour, help pupils develop emotional regulation strategies, and promote strong engagement in learning. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to deliver tailored interventions that build confidence, resilience, and the skills students need to succeed in their GCSE studies.
