There is a clear pathway to a permanent contract for the right person.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement tailored behaviour strategies to address the underlying causes of pupil difficulties.Provide one-on-one or small group support to help children acquire coping mechanisms and communication skills.Utilise calm and effective de-escalation techniques when managing challenging situations.Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with pupils, acting as a reliable and empathetic role model.Work collaboratively with teachers, the SENCo, and other staff to ensure a consistent approach to pupil wellbeing.Monitor and track behaviour patterns, providing feedback to inform reviews and future planning.What We''re Looking ForExperience working with children or young ..... full job details .....
