This is a full-time, long-term opportunity supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, SEMH and additional needs, helping them engage positively in school life and achieve their full potential. Working alongside the SENCO, class teachers and pastoral team, you will provide tailored support to pupils who require consistent guidance with emotional regulation, behaviour and classroom engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is resilient, proactive and passionate about making a lasting difference to children''s lives.
