This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.If you are calm, proactive, and confident managing challenging behaviour, this role could be an excellent fit.About the RoleWorking closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and senior leaders, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural needsSupporting students within lessons and in alternative learning environmentsManaging and de-escalating challenging behaviour using appropriate strategiesBuilding strong, positive relationships to improve engagement and attendanceSupporting pupils to regulate emotions and successfully re-engage with learningMonitoring behaviour and progress, sharing feedback with relevant staffEncouraging positive behaviour, resilience, and social developmentCollaborating with staff to implement and maintain behaviour support plansIdeal Candidate ProfileExperience working with KS3 and KS4 pupils, ideally within an Alternative Provision or similar settingStrong behaviour management and ..... full job details .....
