You will play a key role in helping children regulate emotions, manage behaviour and re-engage with learning.About the RoleWorking closely with the class teacher, SENCo and pastoral team, your responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 and small group behaviour support across KS2 Supporting emotional regulation using calm, structured and consistent approaches Managing challenging behaviour using de-escalation strategies Reinforcing clear expectations, routines and boundaries Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult Supporting pupils to re-engage with learning following incidents Contributing to behaviour plans and feeding back to staffThis is a hands-on role requiring someone who can remain composed under pressure while maintaining a firm but fair approach.Ideal Candidate Profile Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour Strong behaviour management and de-escalation ..... full job details .....
