This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning, improve behaviour, and achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing pastoral and behavioural support to students, helping to create a positive and productive learning environment across the school.    Your new role   As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:   Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with behavioural, social, emotional, or pastoral needs.  Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils, acting as a mentor and role model.  Support students in managing their behaviour and engagement both inside and outside the classroom.
