This  Behaviour Mentor  role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.  The successful  Behaviour Mentor  will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and pupils to provide targeted behavioural and emotional support. As a  Behaviour Mentor , you will build positive relationships with pupils, helping them develop confidence, resilience and strategies for success both inside and outside the classroom.
