This role requires you to show a high level of initiative and reliability. This is a rewarding role for someone who wants to make a difference by helping students regulate their emotions, build positive relationships, and re-engage with their education. If you''re ready to support some of the most vulnerable young people in education, we''d love to hear from you.Role Responsibilities: - Work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups - Support students to manage behaviour and make positive choices - Use de-escalation and restorative approaches - Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff - Support classroom learning and help reinforce behavioural and emotional targets - Maintain consistent boundaries and act as a positive role model Who We''re Looking For: - Emotionally resilient and able to stay calm in challenging situations - Strong communicator with a positive and proactive mindset - Able to build rapport with young people, particularly those who may struggle to trust adults - Previous experience isn''t essential, but backgrounds in youth work, care, mental health, sport, or support work are valuableEssential ..... full job details .....
