This is a highly rewarding role supporting young people who may face barriers to learning due to social, emotional, behavioural or additional needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students re-engage with education, develop positive behaviours, and build the confidence and skills needed to succeed both in school and beyond. We are looking for someone who can: Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils who may be disengaged from education Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour and emotional support Implement behaviour strategies in line with school policy Support de-escalation and positive intervention techniques Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and external agencies Promote a safe, structured and supportive learning environment The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with young people with challenging behaviour (school, youth work, care or similar settings) Be calm, patient and resilient under pressure Have strong communication and relationship-building skills ...
