The ideal candidate should be resilient and confident supporting children with Autism ASD, Dyslexia, ADHD, Challenging Behaviours. Your Role As a Youth Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting special needs children in their academic and personal development. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing one-on-one and group assistance to students with social and emotional difficulty. - Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create tailored learning plans. - Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. - Assisting with daily activities, personal care, and promoting independence.
