The Behaviour Mentor role involves providing 1:1 and small-group support, helping children with emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement in learning, while working closely with teaching and SEN staff. Behaviour Mentors must have a minimum of 1 year''s experience working in a primary school and a calm, consistent approach to behaviour support; Team Teach training is desirable.
