This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive Secondary SEMH School in Wigan to start ASAP. You''ll work closely with students who require additional behavioural, emotional and pastoral support, helping them engage with learning, build resilience and achieve positive outcomes. The Behaviour Mentor Role: Start Date: ASAP.Contract: Full-time, long-term, with potential for permanency.Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 3:30 pm.Pay: £100 120 per day (DOE), paid PAYE directly through Cover People no umbrella companies!Setting: Secondary Alternative Provision for children with social, emotional or mental health needs. What You''ll Be Doing: Provide one-to-one and small group behaviour mentoring for students with SEMH needs.Build positive, trusting relationships that promote engagement and emotional wellbeing.Support students to regulate their emotions and develop positive coping strategies.Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to manage behaviour positively and consistently.Encourage resilience, independence and confidence both inside and outside the classroom.Act as a positive role model, helping students ..... full job details .....
