We have a range of opportunities available for the summer term and into the next academic year, with both short-term and long-term positions. Many of our long-term roles lead to permanent employment.The Role:This is a varied and rewarding role, combining elements of a Teaching Assistant and Behaviour Mentor. You will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and within classroom settings to support both behaviour and academic progress.Key Responsibilities: Support students with challenging behaviour, helping them re-engage with education Work with pupils with ADHD, poor attendance, and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs Provide in-class academic support alongside behaviour management Build strong, positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and progress Track and monitor student behaviour, identifying triggers and implementing effective strategies Support students in reintegrating into school life Apply school behaviour policies consistently and effectivelyIdeal Candidate: Experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour is essential A UK Bachelor''s degree in ..... full job details .....
