The Role- Behaviour Manager
Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Manager to join one of our PRUs based in Harrow on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Behaviour Manager, you will be responsible for managing student behaviour across the school, implementing behaviour strategies, and supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviour. You will work closely with staff to create a positive learning environment and provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support students'' emotional and behavioural development. An enhanced DBS on the update service and previous experience in a similar setting is essential.

The School- Behaviour Manager
The school is a Pupil Referral Unit based in Harrow catering for students aged 11-16 years old who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education. The school provides a supportive and structured environment with a strong focus on behaviour management and student wellbeing, alongside regular CPD opportunities for staff.
