      <description>Location: South Glamorgan | Salary: &amp;pound;90.00/day | Type: Temporary | Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant with experience supporting secondary-aged pupils?  Do you have experience working with young people with EBD and challenging behaviour?  Are you resilient, patient and able to build positive relationships with young people?  TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Pupil Referral Unit in Cardiff that supports secondary-aged pupils who require additional support outside of a mainstream school environment. The provision is committed to providing pupils with a supportive and structured environment where they can engage positively with their education.  The Pupil Referral Unit is looking to take on a Learning Support Assistant on a full-time, temporary basis until Christmas. The successful Learning Support Assistant will support pupils with EBD and challenging behaviour, helping them to engage with learning, manage their behaviour and develop positive relationships within the setting.
