Many of these settings support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism (ASC), and ADHD, and are seeking strong Behaviour Lead who can help shape a positive and supportive school culture.The RoleAs a Behaviour Lead, you will play a key role in supporting pupils who may present with challenging behaviour, emotional dysregulation, and additional learning needs.Typical responsibilities include:Leading behaviour strategies and pastoral support across the schoolSupporting pupils with SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and trauma backgroundsImplementing behaviour plans and targeted interventionsCoaching and supporting staff on behaviour management strategiesWorking closely with SLT, safeguarding teams, and external professionalsPromoting positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation The Ideal CandidateWe are keen to speak with candidates who:Have experience working with young people with SEMH, autism, ADHD, or behavioural needsHave held roles such as Behaviour Lead, Behaviour Mentor, Pastoral Lead, Inclusion Lead, or SEN Support LeadAre calm, resilient, and confident managing challenging situationsUnderstand trauma-informed practice and relational approaches Why ..... full job details .....
