The school is looking for someone who can become a consistent, trusted adult while maintaining the clear expectations and boundaries pupils need to succeed.The Role - Behaviour Intervention Teaching AssistantAs a Behaviour Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with needs including SEMH, ADHD, Autism, attachment difficulties, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and associated behavioural challenges.You will work alongside teaching and pastoral teams to understand the individual factors behind behaviour and provide appropriate interventions.
