This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting students with complex behavioural needs, SEMH, and pupils at risk of offending behaviour . The successful candidate will work as part of a specialist team supporting young people who require a highly structured and therapeutic learning environment. You will play a key role in supporting pupils with high-risk behaviours , delivering targeted intervention programmes , and working alongside senior staff to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
