Title: Behaviour Support Lead (Reconnection & Reset)

Location: Blackpool, FY Area

Pay: -102.83 - -121.83 per day

Start: ASAP (Trial days available immediately)

The Role: We are looking for two specialist practitioners to work in our "Reconnection & Reset" zone. This role is based outside the traditional classroom, focusing on immediate intervention when a student needs to "reset." You will facilitate restorative conversations and deliver 1:1 interventions designed to help students understand their behaviour and return to learning successfully.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in "Restorative Justice" or "Reconnection" models.

• High levels of resilience and the ability to manage challenging behaviour.

• Experience in Youth Work, Probation, or SEMH Education is highly desirable.

• Direct Path to Permanent: These are not "supply" roles; they are long-term placements with a view to a permanent school contract.

• Trial Days: We offer a 1-2 day paid trial period to ensure the school and the team are the right fit for you.

• Specialist Environment: Work in a setting that priorities mental health and wellbeing over traditional rigid structures.
