The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who may require additional support with managing their emotions, developing positive behaviours, and engaging successfully with school life.Working alongside class teachers, the SENCO, pastoral staff, and the wider school team, you will provide targeted support to pupils who may display challenging or disruptive behaviours. You will help children develop positive strategies, build confidence, improve their relationships with others, and overcome barriers that may affect their learning.The school is looking for someone who is calm, patient, consistent, and confident when managing challenging situations.
