This role is focused on supporting young people aged 11-18 who present with SEMH, SEN, and complex behavioural needs.This role is tailored to a behavioural specialist within a setting where resilience, patience, and commitment are key. The school is looking for individuals who can build trust, promote positive behaviours, and create safe, structured environments where students can thrive.
