The Role As a Behaviour Buddy, you will work closely with pupils and school staff to provide individualised support and encouragement throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils. Supporting children with behavioural, emotional and social needs. Helping pupils manage their emotions and develop positive coping strategies. Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning. Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils. Supporting pupils during lessons, break times and transitions. Working alongside teachers and SEN staff to implement individual support strategies.
