Your role will be to help pupils access learning, develop positive behaviour strategies, and build confidence and independence within a supportive school environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting pupils in the classroom and in small groupsAssisting with learning activities under the direction of the class teacherSupporting pupils with behavioural, emotional and social developmentHelping to implement individual education plans (IEPs)Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learningBuilding strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staffPerson SpecificationWe are looking for candidates who:Have experience working with children or young people (school experience preferred)Understand, or are willing to develop understanding of, SEN and behaviour supportAre calm, patient and consistent in their approachCan build positive relationships with pupils and ..... full job details .....
