They are looking for a Behaviour Analyst to join their team, working across services to deliver and embed positive behaviour support.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the implementation of the organisation''s positive behaviour support framework across servicesSupervising and supporting Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) PractitionersCollaborating with the Regional Leadership Team to improve outcomes for the people supported and for colleaguesDelivering Active Support and PBS training, and monitoring its outcomes and impactProviding high quality, best practice approaches to support the achievement of person-centred goalsWorking with services to reduce the use of restrictive practicesWorking collaboratively as part of a team, with strong communication skillsQualificationsMaster''s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour SupportBCBA or UKBA (Cert)Registration with UK-SBA (or willingness to register)ExperienceAt least one year''s experience working in social careSkilled in developing Positive Behaviour Support plans and interventions to increase skills and reduce behaviours of concernExperience working within multi-disciplinary teams, balancing the differing views of ..... full job details .....
