The academy supports pupils aged 11-16 who have been referred from mainstream schools or the Local Authority due to behavioural, social, emotional, or additional learning needs. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work within a nurturing and inclusive environment, supporting young people to overcome barriers to education, develop positive relationships, and achieve successful outcomes both inside and outside the classroom. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH, behavioural, and additional learning needs across KS3 and KS4.
