Behavioral Support Assistant

As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you''ll work closely with teaching staff to promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities of a Behavioral Support Assistant in Halifax:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with behavioural or emotional difficulties.
• Implement individual behaviour support plans and use de-escalation strategies effectively.
• Encourage and model positive behaviour and resilience.
