The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting students who may experience challenges with behaviour, engagement, attendance or emotional regulation.The RoleAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students, teachers, pastoral staff and families to help improve behaviour, engagement and attitudes to learning.Your responsibilities will include:Providing one-to-one and small-group mentoring for students who require additional behavioural or pastoral support.Building positive, trusting relationships with students and acting as a consistent and positive role model.Supporting students to understand and manage their behaviour and make positive choices.Helping students develop confidence, resilience, emotional regulation and social skills.Supporting students to re-engage with learning following behavioural incidents or periods of difficulty.Working alongside teaching and pastoral staff to implement individual behaviour and support strategies.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Has experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school, education, youth work or ..... full job details .....
