Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing individualised behavioural support to pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Collaborating with teachers and pastoral staff to implement and review personalised behaviour plans
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
- Monitoring behaviour trends and recording progress, sharing insights with families and staff
- Supporting students in building resilience, self-regulation, and social-emotional skills
- Taking part in whole-school wellbeing initiatives, mentoring schemes, and extracurricular activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have previous experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural or emotional needs (experience preferred but not essential)
- Be calm, empathetic, and resilient when working in challenging situations
- Have a strong commitment to safeguarding, student welfare, and inclusive education
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Be keen to take part in training and contribute to a positive school culture
