This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting children with behaviour, emotional or pastoral needs who wants to make a genuine difference within a school environment.Position: Behaviour Mentor Location: Redbridge, East London Contract: Full-time, long-term contract until July 2027 Start Date: September 2026 Day Rate: 92 - 120 a dayAbout the RoleThe Behaviour Mentor will play an important role in helping pupils feel settled, understood and ready to learn. You will work with children who may experience difficulties with behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence or engagement. Building trust will be at the heart of the role, giving pupils someone they can rely on while helping them develop strategies to manage challenges more positively.The successful Behaviour Mentor will be someone who can remain calm and consistent, while also understanding that every child has different needs and triggers.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild positive and trusting relationships with pupils.Provide one-to-one and small-group behavioural support.Help pupils manage emotions and regulate their behaviour.Encourage positive attitudes towards school and ..... full job details .....
