Beer Dispense Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring exceptional product quality across the on-trade, supporting customers, driving best practice, and helping deliver a consistently outstanding consumer experience.This role is ideal for someone with experience in the hospitality or drinks industry who is passionate about beer quality, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a hands-on, customer-facing environment.The Role: Maintaining the quality of draught beer across on-trade customer accounts, ensuring the highest standards from cellar to glass.Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on cellar management, dispense quality, and industry best practice.Completing technical support visits including line installations, servicing, audits, surveys, and preventative maintenance.Delivering bar staff training to improve product knowledge and quality standards in outlet.Supporting the investigation and resolution of customer quality complaints.Ensuring compliance with dispense quality standards, product specifications, health and safety requirements, and technical documentation.Building strong working relationships with external technical dispense partners and service providers.Supporting the setup and management of draught dispense systems at events and activations.Acting as a technical support ..... full job details .....
