We''re looking for a commercially driven sales professional with extensive knowledge of the premium beef market and a proven track record of supplying high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, Michelin-starred establishments and premium hospitality groups. What you''ll be doing: Developing new business across the UK''s premium foodservice sector. Managing and growing relationships with fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels and high-end hospitality groups. Selling a portfolio of premium British and imported beef products. Building long-term partnerships with chefs, purchasing managers and foodservice decision-makers. Identifying new market opportunities and driving profitable sales growth. Negotiating commercial agreements and delivering against ambitious sales targets.
