This role would suit someone who is confident delivering engaging beauty programmes, assessing learner work, maintaining strong compliance standards and supporting learners towards successful achievement. The successful candidate must hold relevant beauty qualifications and a recognised assessing qualification. An IQA qualification is preferred but is not mandatory. You will play a key role in ensuring learners receive strong teaching, practical support, clear assessment feedback and a high-quality learning experience. The role will be aligned to our QCCI framework , meaning delivery must be Quality led, Compliant, Commercial and Impactful .
