Daytime-Healthcare-are-working-with-a-Luxury-International-Laser-&-Facial-Skin-Clinic-in-London-who-are-looking-for-a-Beauty-Laser-Therapist-to-join-their-friendly-team!

With-this-role,-although-you-will-have-a-base-location-in-one-of-our-clinics-in-London,-you-will-also-be-required-to-travel-to-the-other-clinics-too-such-as-our-Hammersmith,-Central,-and-Chelsea-locations.

Role-&-Responsibilities:

• Educating-and-advising-clients-on-our-laser-facial-treatments-and-skincare-product-regimen,-turning-education/advice-into-sales-to-maximize-company-revenue,-helping-to-achieve-daily-sales-targets-and-providing-customers-with-excellent-customer-care.
• Create-a-warm-and-inviting-environment-where-our-customers-feel-safe,-appreciated,-and-understood.
• To-liaise-in-a-positive-and-constructive-manner-with-the-reception-team-on-the-days-scheduled-treatments,-any-changes,-additions-etc.-in-order-to-meet-the-ever-changing-needs-of-our-customers.-Flexibility-and-cooperation-are-required.
• To-promote-high-standards-of-care-and-customer-service-with-the-ability-to-deliver-quality-customer-services-in-a-very-fast-paced-environment.

Ideal-Candidate:

• Knowledge-of-appointment-and/or-clinic-booking-system-(Zenoti)-is-a-bonus
• Relevant-experience-in-the-beauty/skin-care-industry
• Must-have-a-friendly,-energetic-&-engaging-personality-yet-calming-presence
• Must-be-confident-&-comfortable-working-with-the-public
• Computer-literate
• Must-be-enthusiastic,-motivated,-and-a-team-player
• Have-a-passion-for-skincare
• Excellent-level-of-spoken-and-written-English

Qualifications:

• NVQ-Level-4-qualification-(laser)
• Minimum-of-1-year-experience-performing-laser-treatments

Hours:-37.5-hours-per-week

Schedule:-4-long-days-(including-some-weekends),-per-week.-You-always-get-3-days-off-per-week!
