As a Beauty Consultant, you will act as a true brand ambassador on the shop floor, driving retail performance while cultivating a loyal, high value client base.The RoleAs a Beauty Consultant, you will take ownership of your retail performance, delivering against key commercial targets while offering a refined, consultative approach to every client interaction. You will play a pivotal role in elevating both sales and service standards in store and will support multiple retail locations, ensuring consistent performance and an exceptional client experience across all sites.
