The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager with the hunger to scale and develop a new business team specialising in SEO packages for SMEs.
You’ll play a pivotal role in:

•    Leading & Inspiring: Managing performance and building a culture of success.
•    Scaling the Team: Growing from the current set-up to 24 sales professionals within 12 months.
•    Driving Strategy: Implementing high-impact sales plans that deliver consistent growth.
•    Client Impact: Equipping your team to win business and deliver real results.

About You

You’ll already have:

•    Proven success as a Sales Manager, ideally within digital marketing or SEO.
•    A strong track record of scaling sales teams and implementing growth strategies.
•    In-depth knowledge of SEO and digital marketing sales cycles.
•    Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
•    Confidence with sales tools and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets or similar).
•    A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
